Design Placement & Size
You can embroider on different parts of a cap. The most common spots are the front panel, side, back, or even the visor edge.
We follow standard size guidelines for each area. For example, a front-panel logo is usually about 5.2″ wide × 2.36″ high. Side or offset designs are smaller (around 2.76″ × 2.36″), and back-of-hat designs are often about 3″ × 1.25″. (Fitted caps have a larger back area, about 5.2″×2.36″.)
